YSAR is proud to align our Code of Ethics to Ara Taiohi
Our Code of Ethics provides a framework on how we as an organization can make a significant contribution to supporting youth development in the context of Māori culture and community. Our alignment to our these Code of Ethics is an evolving strategic priority as scale through Aotearoa NZ.
Our commitment to this document is seen in our practice of engagement in a Kaupapa Māori project, but we also recognize the need to constantly interrogate and update the content and clauses that are contained within it. As young people, Youth Work, and youth workers evolve over time, and so should our Code.
